misleading size chart, poor print quality

I ordered an XL shirt with actual measurements that are way larger than what the size chart indicated: eg. the shoulder is actually around 51 cm not 41 cm, and the chest is around 57 cm not 42 cm. The print is a little messy; the shirt has some stains from the printing ink.
