ORDERING
Visit Kultura Filipino and browse our collections for items that you might like. Once you see an item you like, click on it to go the item page. You can then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to take you to the Checkout area where you can complete your order by inputting your shipping details and choosing a payment method.
This may be due to an issue with the shipping address entered. Please double-check your address details and try again. If the error persists, contact us via Viber or WhatsApp for assistance.
Yes! Send us the item details or photos of the products you are interested in, and we’ll check their availability for you.
PAYMENT
At Kultura Filipino, we aim to provide a variety of payment options for our patrons' convenience. Currently, you may pay for your orders via the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB)
- E-Wallets (Gcash, Maya, Grabpay, Coins)
- Online Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Union Bank, Landbank, QR PH)
Yes, installment payment options are available via BDO, BPI, and RCBC.
If the amount exceeds Php 100k, kindly contact our team as this may have to be via wire/bank transfer instead.
If your bank country and the country you're odering from doesn't match, please try again using a card issued in your current country location.
There can only be 3 payment attempts every 30 minutes and a total of 5 attempts in a day. If you exceed this, you will not be able to check out any items for 24 hours.

SHIPPING
Customers may choose "Ship" as the default method. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed for delivery by our courier.
There is also an option for Metro Manila customers to "Pick Up" the order from our Podium branch. If you choose this option, you will get a confirmation from our store personnel when your order is ready for pick up. You may then choose to pick it up personally or use any 3rd party service such as Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc.
Yes we can ship our Filipino products to all parts of the world. In case your location is not yet included, kindly send us a message via the Contact Us page so we may assist you further.
For Metro Manila orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 3-5* working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid.
For outside Metro Manila orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 5-10* working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid.
For international orders, the standard delivery timeframe is 10-15* working days, with day 1 starting a day after the order is completed and paid
*(for orders placed before 5PM excluding weekends, holidays)
