Refund policy

Items purchased from this site can only be returned or exchange in the available Kultura Store location in the Philippines within 7 days from date of receipt. Return and exchanges are subject to the terms below.
 
1. Item to be returned/exchanged will be subject to prior Quality Inspection by the Store Manager or Authorized Personnel to confirm the following:
  • Accompanied by Proof of purchase
  • Price Tag and hang tag still attached
  • Original packaging in good condition
  • With complete accessories, if applicable
2. For sanitary or hygienic reason, Return/Exchange of the following items shall not be accepted:
  • Personal Care items
  • Cosmetics
  • Swimwear
  • Used footwear, apparel, jewelry item or similar items
3. Return or exchange are not applicable for items which have defects/damage caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer.

4. Exchanges are only allowed at our Kultura Stores for brands that the store carries, as some online brands are not available in our physical stores.

5. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment such as cash refund, reversal of credit card charges, etc. Please allow 30 business days from the date of return for your account to be credited.

Returns for Local & International Orders

Upon confirmation of returns, Kultura will provide you with a return of the original merchandise price, minus any return shipping charges and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item. Please allow 30 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item for your account to be credited.

Please note that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges and you will not be reimbursed for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial deliver your merchandise.

We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be sent and the amount you will be refunded not including any duties or taxes originally paid. The cost of return shipping will be included in the refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Returns to a Store

Upon confirmation of return or exchange of the item(s), Kultura will provide the details of the nearest Kultura Store available to accommodate the exchange. Item(s) to be exchanged must be of the same price or higher.

Refunds for online purchases returned in store will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 30 business days from the date of receipt of returned item for your account to be credited. The refund amount will only include the amount paid by you after any discount was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge.
