Excellent Product, but Delivery Follow Up Needs Improvement

Overall, I am happy with his purchase. It is authentically Filipino and I would highly recommend it to anyone. However, I did experience a bit of an issue with the delivery process. While the product itself is good, the follow-up with the courier took longer than anticipated. I had to contact the courier company myself to escalate the overdue delivery of this item. Kultura’s What’sApp contact person was not very much of a help since he/she just keep saying that this product is “In Transit” as per courier update; but have no initiative to escalate this to the company as this delivery is long overdue.
